How do I place an order?
Select your item and size, add it to your cart, and check out securely using your credit card.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept credit card payments only.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are delivered via national courier and typically arrive within 3-7 business days after payment
confirmation.
Can I exchange a product?
We don't offer exchanges. If needed, you can cancel your order (as per our return policy) and place
a new one.
How do I cancel an order?
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, according to our policy. Send us a written
request with your order number.
Can I try items on before I buy?
We currently operate online only. Need help with sizing? Contact us - we've got your back.
What if I receive the wrong or a damaged item?
