CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

Payment Method:
All purchases on the House of Black website are made via secure credit card payment only.

Order Cancellation:
According to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (1981), you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, provided it has not been used and is returned in its original packaging, in new and unused condition.

How to Request a Cancellation:
To cancel an order, contact our customer service in writing via email or the contact form on our website. Please include your order number and full name. You will receive confirmation and instructions on how to return the item.

Refund Policy:
If the cancellation meets the requirements, the amount paid will be refunded, minus a 5%
cancellation fee (based on the total transaction amount).

Returning the Product:
Returned items must be shipped back at the customer's expense, via courier or registered mail to the address provided upon cancellation confirmation.

Exchanges:
We do not offer product exchanges. If you wish to change size or model, you must cancel the current order (in accordance with the cancellation terms) and place a new order.
